Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Line & Co. s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 23981083, with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 436254 (the “controller”). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

What data we process

  • your first and last name,
  • your email address and phone number,
  • information about your apartment and the content of your message,
  • technical data used to protect the form against abuse: your IP address and the reCAPTCHA verification result.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data in order to handle your inquiry and, where applicable, to enter into a partnership with you, on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual negotiations.

Where and how long we store your data

Inquiries submitted through the form are stored on our server in the EU (Germany; hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH) and sent by email to our address through our email service provider, Váš Hosting (servers in the Czech Republic). We also send an automatic confirmation of receipt to the email address you enter in the form. We keep inquiries for as long as necessary to handle them, but for no longer than 2 years if no partnership is established.

Form protection: Google reCAPTCHA

We protect our contact form against spam and abuse with Google reCAPTCHA v3. We are the controller of the data; Google operates the service for us as our processor under the Google Cloud Terms of Service and the Cloud Data Processing Addendum and uses the data only to provide the service. The reCAPTCHA script is loaded only when you open our contact page with the form (it is not loaded beforehand on other pages of the website). If you then move to another page of the website, it stays active until you reload or close the page in your browser. It assesses whether the form is being filled out by a human. This involves processing in particular your IP address, information about your browser and device, and data about your interaction with the page (including cookies). When you submit the form, we also pass your IP address to Google for verification. We store the verification result (an assessment of whether you are a human) together with your inquiry. We temporarily keep your IP address only in the server’s memory to limit the number of submitted inquiries and automatic confirmations; it is written to the server’s operational logs only if that limit is exceeded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the form against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States; any such transfer is covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified.

Communication via WhatsApp and Telegram

If you contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, your messages are also processed by the operator of that service under its own terms. Please use these channels only for everyday communication and send us any sensitive information by email.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to its processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
